About Jerry Ludwig

Owner Jerry Ludwig has had an extensive residential construction background including site superintendent and building inspector. He has owned and managed his own construction company and has been a licensed general contractor and was a home inspector for more than 20 years.

He currently writes a column in Landmarks, a publication for the Landmark Society of Western New York.

Ludwig holds graduate degrees from the University of Virginia, the State University of New York, and has a B. A. from Muskingum College.

Jerry Ludwig was founding President of the Rochester Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors, is a current member and former President of the Landmark Society of Western New York Board of Trustees, is a member of Historic Pittsford, Historic Brighton, and Naples Historical Society. Ludwig is an Honorary Member of the American Institute of Architects.
